Dr. Eileen M. Lynch Endowed Scholarship
The Dr. Eileen M. Lynch Endowed Scholarship, established by Steve and Joy Arndt in honor of Steve’s mother, Dr. Lynch, supports Dallas College students who demonstrate financial need and academic commitment. Dr. Lynch, a retired Political Science professor at Brookhaven Campus, understood the challenges of balancing education with personal responsibilities. In recognition of her experiences, this scholarship prioritizes students who are single parents. All students demonstrating financial need and academic commitment are encouraged to apply, regardless of parental status.
Dallas College Foundation’s scholarship program is open to all, with a focus on supporting underrepresented, first-generation, and economically disadvantaged students. Our commitment remains to providing educational opportunities and fostering a supportive environment for all learners.
