J.D. and Lillie Belle Hall Endowed Scholarship

The J.D. and Lillie Belle Hall Endowed Scholarship was established in 1992 in honor of the late J.D. Hall, a long-time elected member of the Dallas College Board of Trustees, and his wife, Lillie Belle to support students attending Dallas College.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must be a Dallas College student
• Must have completed a minimum of 6 credit hours at Dallas College prior to the period of the award
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the period of the award
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st.

• Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the spring portion of the scholarship. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
