North Star Turkish Scholarship of Dallas

The North Star Turkish Scholarship of Dallas is a competitive scholarship established by the Generosity Foundation.

Consistent with Dallas College’s commitment to equality, non-discrimination, and its mission to serve the community, this scholarship is open and available to all students at Dallas College. Preference will be given to first-generation students, low-income students, or underserved populations with a strong passion for and influence by Turkish culture and community.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must provide a personal statement of no more than 1,000 words explaining your interest in and knowledge of the Turkish language, history, culture, and/or studies. If applicable, include 100 words written in Turkish.

Recipient Requirements

  • Attend networking events with the Generosity Foundation.
