Les Dames d'Escoffier Endowed Scholarship

The Les Dames d’Escoffier Endowed Scholarship was established in 1985 by the Les Dames d’Escoffier Association to support students studying in the Food and Hospitality Institute at Dallas College.

Eligibility Criteria

• Major in Food & Hospitality Service
• Must be enrolled in the Food and Hospitality Institute or a graduate of a high school Pro-start Program.
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process
• ESSAY REQUIRED
• RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED

Recipient Requirements

• Recipient will be invited to attend one or more of the Les Dames d’Escoffier fundraising events.
• Recipient will be contacted by the Les Dames d’Escoffier Mentor Coordinator throughout the year for ongoing mentorship.

This scholarship renews for the spring semester. To receive the spring portion, the recipient must maintain the above requirements. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
