Mountain View Dance Scholarship

The Mountain View Campus Dance Scholarship was established in Fall 2006 by Professor John Merrifield for students attending Mountain View Campus. Scholarship applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to the study of dance and enrolled in a dance course at the Mountain View Campus. The scholarship is awarded for the fall and spring semesters and you must reapply each semester.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be enrolled in a dance course at the Mountain View Campus during the semester of the award.
• Must have declared interest in Dance.
• Must be a student attending the Mountain View Campus during the period of the award.
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours for the period of the award
• Must provide a copy of your audition video file (2 minutes maximum) to demonstrate both technical and artistic abilities of dance performance.
• Must submit a written summary of previous dance training/experience along with a brief statement of dance-related goals.

To qualify for this scholarship you must be enrolled in the required hours by the application deadline

This scholarship is awarded each Fall and Spring semester. You must reapply each semester.
