Gulf States Toyota T-TEN Automotive Technology Retention Scholarship
The Gulf States Toyota Technician-Training and Education Network (T-TEN) Automotive Technology Retention Scholarship was established in 2017 to create a sustainable avenue for scholarship recipients to become successful Toyota Dealership Technicians.
Eligibility Criteria
- Major in Automotive Technology – T-Ten option
- Must be accepted into the Toyota T-Ten Program at the Eastfield Campus
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours for the period of the award
- Must be employed at a Toyota Dealership within the Gulf States Toyota Network
- Must be a U.S. citizen and/or lawful resident residing in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, or Louisiana
- Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or home school certificate
- Must meet federal guidelines for financial needs. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st
- Must answer the supplemental questions below
This scholarship renews for the spring semester. To receive the spring portion, the recipient must maintain the above requirements. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
