Patricia Clendenin Scholarship for Women
The American Association of University Women, Dallas, Texas, established the Patricia Clendenin Scholarship for Women in memory of beloved member Patricia Clendenin who passed away in 2022. Patricia was a dedicated AAUW Dallas, Texas member and helped advance their work through education, scholarships, and empowerment. The scholarship provides financial assistance for women pursuing a two-year degree or certificate. The scholarship is open to everyone that meets the criteria; however, preference will be given to female applicants so long as such preference does not significantly detract from Dallas College’s nondiscriminatory policies.
