Oscar Blair Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Oscar Blair Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established in 2002 in memory of Oscar Blair, a longtime physical education instructor at the Eastfield Campus. This scholarship is awarded to students based upon their courage and obstacles in the face of adversity that they have had to overcome to attend college.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Must be a student attending the Eastfield Campus during the period of the award.
• Must be a Dallas County high school graduate
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the period of the award

• * RECOMMENDATION REQUIRED*

• Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the spring scholarship. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
