Bill Lineberry Veterinary Technology Program Scholarship

The Bill Lineberry Veterinary Technology Program Scholarship was established in 1999 by the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Foundation to provide scholarships for Cedar Valley students enrolled in the Veterinary Technology Program. In 2017, the Cedar Valley Campus Veterinary Program honored retiring director and original faculty member, Bill Lineberry for his over 40 years of service to the program by setting up the scholarship in his name. The Bill Lineberry Veterinary Technology Program Scholarship supports student’s tuition and books for the program.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Major in Veterinary Technology
  • Must be enrolled in the Veterinary Technology Program at the Cedar Valley Campus
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
  • Must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at Dallas College prior to the period of the award
    Essay Required

This scholarship renews for the spring semester. To receive the spring portion, the recipient must maintain the above requirements. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
