Chesmar Nursing Scholarship
Investing in Future Nurses, Empowering Local Talent. The Chesmar Foundation Nursing Scholarship supports Dallas College students pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), with a focus on expanding access to quality nursing education and empowering students to serve in high-need healthcare environments. This scholarship reflects Chesmar Foundation’s commitment to expanding access to education, workforce readiness, and strengthening the local healthcare talent pipeline.
The scholarship is open to students within the School of Health Sciences who are pursuing a career in nursing. Eligible applicants must demonstrate a clear commitment to entering the nursing profession upon graduation.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Program of Study: Associate Degree Nursing or LVN-RN Advanced Placement Program option
- GPA: 2.5 or higher
- Hours Enrolled: 6 or more credit hours each semester
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need, as defined by the U.S. Department of Education
RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS
