Texas Mortgage Bankers Endowed Scholarship

The Texas Mortgage Bankers Endowed Scholarship was established in 1993 by the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association to provide scholarships for mortgage banking students attending the Dallas College.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
• Program of Study: Mortgage Banking
• Must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the period of the award
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st.
• Recipient must maintain the above requirements to receive the spring portion of the scholarship. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
