Zonta Club of Dallas Endowed Scholarship

The Zonta Club of Dallas Endowed Scholarship was established in 1989 by the Zonta Club of Dallas, a service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women. The scholarship provides support for students attending Dallas College. Special consideration will be given to applicants from The Family Place and/or members of North Dallas High School’s Z-Club.

Our scholarship program welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Priority will be given to underrepresented students, first-generation students, low-income students, or those with limited resources. We are dedicated to providing learning opportunities to all students and fostering a welcoming environment for everyone.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
• Must be a Dallas College student
• Must have completed a minimum of 6 credit hours at Dallas College prior to the period of the award
• Must meet federal guidelines for financial need. Applicants must complete the entire FAFSA process by May 1st.

This scholarship renews for the spring semester. To receive the spring portion, the recipient must maintain the above requirements. Failure to do so could result in a loss of scholarship benefits.
