SOAR Scholarship

LOAR PLLC has committed $200,000 annually, with $100,000 designated for the College Track and $100,000 for the Skills Track, providing scholarship awards of up to $5,000 per student.

There are two pathways available:

• SOAR College Track – For women pursuing a four-year university or graduate degree, particularly first-generation students or those who have overcome significant barriers.
• SOAR Skills Track – For students pursuing technical certifications, apprenticeships, or skilled trades, including advanced manufacturing, mechanics, construction, mechatronics, and other applied workforce pathways.

In addition to financial support, recipients receive mentorship, professional development, and access to a strong professional network.
